Welcome to SayGo. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. This allows you to sync your data across devices and restore your purchases.
Timer & Session Data
We store your timer logs, lap times, and session data to provide the core functionality of the app. This data is linked to your account and stored securely on our servers.
Voice Commands (Optional)
If you enable voice commands, audio is processed locally on your device using your device’s speech recognition. Voice processing occurs entirely on-device and is not transmitted to SayGo servers. We do not record, store, or transmit your voice data.
Purchase Information
When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase but do not have access to your payment details.
How We Use Your Information
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use secure cloud infrastructure with regular backups. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text.
Third-Party SDKs
Our app uses the following third-party SDKs. Each may collect data as described below:
Google AdMob Used for advertising (free tier only). May collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data.
Google Privacy Policy Supabase Used for authentication and cloud data storage. Collects email address and session tokens.
Supabase Privacy Policy Stripe Used for payment processing on the web. Collects payment and transaction data. We do not store your payment details.
Stripe Privacy Policy Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchases Used for in-app purchases on mobile. Purchase data is handled by the respective platform.
Google Privacy Policy · Apple Privacy Policy Capacitor (Ionic) Used as the native runtime bridge. Does not collect user data independently.
Ionic Privacy Policy Speech Recognition Used for voice commands. Audio is processed on-device using your device’s built-in speech recognition. No audio data is sent to SayGo servers.
Advertising
The free version of SayGo displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information and use advertising identifiers to show relevant ads. Pro users do not see any advertisements. SayGo does not have access to or control over the data collected by AdMob. Ad data is handled according to Google’s privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy
SayGo is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the “Last updated” date.
