Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SayGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application. You must be at least 13 years old to use SayGo.

2. Description of Service

SayGo is a timer and stopwatch application with voice command capabilities. Voice command functionality is optional and may require device permissions. The app offers both free and premium (Pro) features. Free users have access to basic timer functionality with advertisements. Pro users enjoy an ad-free experience with additional features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Pricing

SayGo Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase or a monthly subscription. Lifetime purchases grant access to the Pro features for the lifetime of the app on the platform where the purchase was made. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region.

Billing

For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged through your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play must be directed to Apple or Google respectively. We do not process refunds directly. Refund rights may vary depending on applicable consumer protection laws in your region.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Share your account with others
Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
Use automated systems or scripts to access the app

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SayGo are owned by SayGo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SayGo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the app is at your own risk. SayGo does not provide medical, health, or therapeutic advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Estonia.
